They are not so well developed yet.

Judy Cho is the geologist, somewhat practical, severe, and often honest to the point of cruelty. She still enjoys laughing it up with the girls in engineering when they throw boozy, foul-mouthed sleepovers.

Frances Balm is an absent-minded lizard-man with upper-respiratory issues. He is the anthropologist, but his interests all seem to revolve around finding the lost home world of the ancient, extinct, be-tentacled Omn. As far as everyone else is concerned, this planet is basically Atlantis in space.
